Hi Rosa,

Would you like to visit the transport museum with me on Saturday, 12 June? There is a new display of old buses, and I think you would enjoy it.

We can meet outside the station at ten and walk there together. The museum opens at ten thirty, so we will have plenty of time.

Please bring your student card because there is a cheaper ticket for students. After the visit, we could have lunch in the park if the weather is nice.

Let me know by Thursday if you can come.

Best wishes,
Sam

“Would you like to visit” → “Let me know by Thursday”. 表現: “Would you like to visit the transport museum with me on Saturday, 12 June?”

Hi Leo,

I am planning a picnic on Sunday, 20 June, and I would love you to come. We are meeting at the north gate of River Park at twelve.

My sister is making sandwiches, and I will bring fruit and water. Could you bring a blanket for us to sit on? We can eat near the lake and play a few games afterwards.

If it rains heavily, we will have lunch at my flat instead.

Please tell me by Friday whether you can join us, so we can prepare enough food.

See you soon,
Anna
